6 Sessions: Monday, September 9th to Oct 28th @ 8:30 PM EST

ThoughtFULL 101: A roundup of some of my favorite conversation topics from our last session. Together, We'll explore the Soul Selfie Assessment, understanding the difference between healing and fixing, and how to effectively communicate our feelings. We'll reframe challenges to win the game, confront shadow work with compassion, and use creativity to navigate life's "No's"

Program dates and topics will be: 

• September 9th - Soul Selfie Assessment 
• September 23rd - Healing vs Fixing. Understanding the vital difference. 
• September 30th - How to communicate your feelings 
• October 7th - Reframe to win the game 
• October 21st - Shadow work. Confronting our trauma, fear, shame, guilt, doubt, and pain with compassion
• October 28th - Using creativity to navigate the No's.

Night Off/NO GROUP :

• September 16th - OFF -  NO GROUP 
• October 14th -  OFF- NO GROUP
