OUR GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS
Welcome to a transformative space where intentional growth meets compassionate healing. Led by Jess King, these small, intimate Zoom sessions are designed to guide you through personal breakthroughs, powerful mindset shifts, and deep self-discovery. Each program offers a unique pathway—whether you're laying the foundation for intentional living with ThoughtFULL 101 or transforming your habits and embracing healing with Habits & Healing. Both programs are held in small group settings, allowing for connection, support, and meaningful dialogue. Sessions occur twice a week at different times and days to accommodate diverse schedules.
THOUGHTFULL 101
Led by Jess King, ThoughtFULL 101 is a six-week foundational coaching program designed to break old patterns, reframe your mindset, and inspire intentional action. In an intimate Zoom setting, you'll gain self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity, all while being supported by a small, close-knit group. Sessions occur weekly over the course of 6 weeks total, offering flexibility and deep engagement.
HABITS & HEALING
Guided by Jess King, Habits & Healing dives into the transformative power of daily habits and the healing process. This program helps you identify patterns, embrace self-compassion, and build a life of aligned action. In small group Zoom sessions held weekly, you'll experience connection, reflection, and powerful growth.
